The Delano is a short walk to Mandalay Bay that offers you dozens of restaurants, lounges and entertainment.

Next to the Mandalay Bay Resort is the recently updated Mandalay Bay Convention Center, a state-of-the-art meeting space with expo space, meeting rooms, arenas and much more.

Mandalay Bay is the closest resort to the Harry Reid International Airport an dis a short 5-10 minute drive from the airport to the resort.

The EventsAir User Conference is being held at the Delano Hotel, which directly connected to the Mandalay Bay Resort.

Attendees to IMEX 2022 Vegas are able to reserve rooms at Mandalay Bay and other properties at preferred room rates for conference attendees.

There are other hotels near by, including Luxor and Excalibur which connect to Mandalay Bay by tram.

IMEX Hosted Buyer Program

All attendees to the RISE 2022 Las Vegas are invited to apply to the IMEX Hosted Buyer program.

This program sponsors qualified meeting professionals who are decision makers for choosing venues and planning events around the world.

If you qualify, you will receive two nights accommodation and airfare for your trip to Las Vegas. In return, you will commit to visiting IMEX for two days and meeting with the many exhibitors at the show (eight appointments per day is recommended, but you are always in charge of your schedule).
